ACEITES CANOLIVA, S.L. starts on March 16, 2015 when Pepe Cano decides to materialize his decision employ his son and daughter in the family business and starts with them a new business stage.
Pepe Cano started in the olive oil sector with his father Antonio Cano Cano in 1968 when the family settled in the town of Luque in Cordoba where he acquired and restored a traditional old mill built in 1866; since then and with the reins of the family business, a name, a personality and a fidelity in the market have been forged.
In the eighties, Pepe Cano passionate about his company wide horizons and is interested in the investigation of the different varieties of olives and their qualities to obtain their oils. Fruit of this work, were the numerous recognitions that the Canoliva oil obtained at this time (Gold Medal in Expoliva 87, I Prize in the Olive Fair of Montoro …)
The new facilities equipped with the latest technologies for obtaining olive oil are added to the packaging plant and the management of existing biomass.
Aceites Canoliva was born with a firm commitment to the commercialization of organic production; For this reason, both in the design of its facilities and in the planning of its work systems, it has started from the premise of providing space for both oil production and packaging with maximum guarantees and food safety. The facilities and processes are certified by the Andalusian Committee of Organic Agriculture
