A. está formado por cientos de jueces profesionales de más de 80 países de todo el mundo, entre los que se encuentran miembros de diversas organizaciones internacionales de jueces, chefs profesionales internacionales, nutricionistas, académicos y críticos gastronómicos, desde escritores de columnas hasta médicos o científicos, e incluso chefs con estrellas Michelin. Entre ellos se incluyen también numerosas personas de influencia en varios ámbitos. Los jueces respetan las reglas y normativas más estrictas. Gracias a su amplia experiencia en el sector y a sus conocimientos únicos, emplean un sofisticado y exhaustivo proceso de selección para ofrecer una evaluación global completa y profesional de los productos presentados.
Cada artículo se evalúa de forma independiente. El proceso de evaluación se celebra anualmente de manera privada y sin público en las ubicaciones designadas por todo el mundo. La mayoría de los productos se sometieron al juicio del jurado profesional en función de los criterios de los premios. Algunas categorías de productos se evaluaron en una selección y cata a ciegas. Por último, varios inspectores de incógnito se encargaron de evaluar los platos culinarios y de restaurantes.
