A.A. Taste Awards is the first awards with the Clean Label concept and known as one of the world-premium awards with Monde Selection、ITI、Great Taste Awards. A.A. Taste Awards aims to commend those use less or even exclude artificial food additives, and dedicate on providing products and dishes with great flavor.

Among other areas, A.A. is committed to recognizing manufacturers who provide outstanding and quality products and make them more influential in the world.

Today, consumers are more concerned about the nature of food. AA TASTY represents a unique quality assessment that provides consumers with a safer choice among many products. The A.A. Tasty rating focuses on good taste and the overall performance of the diet. The award is evaluated based on comprehensive criteria, including advice from experts from different fields, such as chefs, columnists, journalists, nutritionists, doctors, and professors.

Because the A.A. Taste Awards have a comprehensive judging category and content, they are more diverse than other single-judge awards.

There is no doubt that if a product contains the core idea of Anti Additive, then it has a special advantage.

The A.A. Taste Awards are an inspiration for excellence that promotes a more conscious food system.

A.A. Liquor

The idea behind a wine-rating scale is functional: to standardize wine-tasting information and consumption. Across languages, varietals, regions and tastes, the point system used in wine ensures everyone has an understanding of a bottle’s quality. Standardization does not mean to make the world of wine boring and uniform, or to remove the nuance, complexity and individual preferences and experiences associated with a successful wine tasting.

Alcoholic beverage is the basic type of beverage that is drunk around the world at present.

Alcohol is a volatile, mobile, colorless fluid with an ethereal odor, obtained by fermenting a liquid containing sugar, the strength of which can be further increased by distillation.  The name is originally adapted from the Arabic word al-kohl.Kohl is a black, very fine dye powder used in cosmetic products. The name was later applied to highly refined chemical powders and extracts and then applied to distilled and finely distilled liquors.

Alcoholic beverages are three types : Fermented Alcoholic Beverages, Distilled alcoholic Beverages and Compound Alcoholic Beverages.

The selection is based on three different types of alcoholic beverages. For example, fermented alcohol includes Wine, Beer, Cider and Perry. Between those wine, is divided into sparkling wine, fortified wine and table wine according to the production method and brewing degree.

Our selection will not only focus on professional flavor, taste and aroma, but more importantly, let the wine tasters feel a truly good wine, achieve a "perfect balance", make the general public have a great taste.

According to the halal’s teachings are line with the United Nations’ 17 interlinked global goals such as Zero Hunger and Life On Land. Therefore, Halal Industry is regarded as a paradigm for sustainable development goals in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. And Halal is One of the Healthiest Ways of Diet. It is also the fundamental standard for A.A. Halal Plus competition.

The global halal food market reached a value of US$ 1.9 Trillion in 2020. Looking forward, we expects the market to grow at a CAGR of 11.3% during 2021-2026.

Because of the increase of products many consumers are looking for Halal-certified food and many manufacturers are looking to get Halal-certified. Getting Halal certification is not an easy feat. Every country has their own Islamic council that is certified to give the official Halal seal of approval.

A.A. Nutrition

A food supplement or nutritional supplement is a preparation intended to supplement the diet and provide nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, fiber, fatty acids, or amino acids, that may be missing or may not be consumed in sufficient quantities in a person's diet. Some countries define dietary supplements as foods, while in others they are defined as drugs or natural health products.

A.A. NUTRITION is committed to promoting these qualities, nutritious foods and integrating the above nutrients that the human body needs to recommend the best products.

Health supplements are claimed to improve your health. Dietary supplements may, in some jurisdictions, be subjected to regulation.

We evaluate health supplements in the following ways:

  • The supplement is sold in major pharmacies, stores, legal platforms, etc. Do not accept sales on illegal platforms.

  • Supplement manufacturer is certified to be qualified to produce supplements.

  • The supplement does clearly indicate the ingredients and effects.

  • The supplement does not contain any ingredients that may harm the human body.

  • The Supplement cannot claim to have medical effects to treat diseases.

  • The supplement claims that improving human nutrition does have its effect.


 

Evaluation team and evaluation method

The A.A. Taste Awards judging team consists of hundreds of professional judges from more than 80 countries around the world, including members from various international judging organizations, international professional chefs, nutritionists, scholars, and cuisine critics, ranging from columnists to physicians or scientists, and even Michelin chefs. Among them, there are many influential people in various fields. The judges uphold the most stringent rules and regulations. With their rich industry experience and unique insights, they use a sophisticated and comprehensive selection process to provide a complete and professional overall evaluation for the products submitted.

Each item is judged independently. The judging process is held annually at designated locations around the world that are not open to the public. Most of the products were judged by professional judges based on the awards criteria, some categories of products were judged in a blind selection and blind test, and culinary and restaurant dishes were judged by mystery shoppers.
