Based on the United Nations Sustainable Development
The United Nations officially launched the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) last year, which provide a comprehensive picture for each developing and developed country. The five P's of Sustainable Development Goals are: Social (People), Economic (prosperity), Environmental (Planet), Governance (Peace), and Implementation (Partnership).
The goal of sustainable development is implemented in international norms, principles, agreements and treaties to protect human rights and the environment, reduce ecological footprints, eliminate unequal development, erase the debts in developing countries, and stimulate the movement of innovation and technology. It also provides a direction and vision for global progress, integrates people and the environment to help international communities overcome the old economic growth, taking into account the balance, health, food, poverty, education, and climate change.
A.A. incorporates the spirit of the SDGs into its core philosophy to enable society and the general public to value the importance of health and purity for a sustainable future through anti-additive advocacy.
ORIGINE A.A. DU PLAN D'AIDE PUBLIQUE
Bien que l’association elle-même soit une organisation sociale à but non lucratif, dès la création du siège social A.A. aux Pays-Bas, ce groupe de travailleurs internationaux de la restauration, enthousiastes vis-à-vis de l’aide publique, a élaboré un plan d’aide publique selon le concept « Prendre à la société, rendre à la société ». Ils espéraient que l'association puisse assumer ses responsabilités sociales et contribuer à la société de divers pays.
Ainsi, après la création officielle de l’Association Anti-Additifs, l’association a commencé par le domaine de la restauration qu’elle connaît le mieux, et a formulé le « Programme d’adoption par les entreprises pour des repas nutritionnels pour les écoles éloignées ».
AFIN DE RÉSOUDRE CE PROBLÈME, L’ASSOCIATION ANTI-ADDITIFS A ACTIVEMENT APPELÉ LES ENTREPRISES À ADOPTER ET À SUBVENTIONNER LES ÉCOLES QUI, À L’ORIGINE, MANQUAIENT DE RESSOURCES ET NE FOURNISSAIENT DES REPAS NON NUTRITIFS, AFIN QUE LES ÉLÈVES PUISSENT RECEVOIR LES NUTRIMENTS ET L'ÉNERGIE NÉCESSAIRES.
EN OUTRE, AFIN DE FOURNIR DES REPAS SCOLAIRES NON SEULEMENT SÛRS MAIS AUSSI SAINS, L’ASSOCIATION A INVITÉ DES NUTRITIONNISTES, DES MÉDECINS ET D’AUTRES PROFESSIONNELS À ENCADRER ET À AMÉLIORER LES REPAS SCOLAIRES, DANS LE BUT DE RÉDUIRE LES ADDITIFS ARTIFICIELS ÉTAPE PAR ÉTAPE ET DE CRÉER UNE ALIMENTATION ÉQUILIBRÉE.

ÉTABLIR UNE PLATEFORME D’ÉCHANGE DE RESSOURCES POUR ASSOCIER L'OFFRE ET LA DEMANDE DES DEUX PARTIES.
OBJECTIFS
1. AIDER À STABILISER L'OFFRE DE REPAS NUTRITIFS DANS LES ÉCOLES.
2. AIDER À AMÉLIORER LES REPAS DES SURVEILLANTS D’ÉCOLES ET À EXCLURE LES ADDITIFS DES INGRÉDIENTS ET DES ASSAISONNEMENTS.
3. PROMOUVOIR LE CONCEPT D’INGRÉDIENTS SANS ADDITIFS ET CRÉER UN ENVIRONNEMENT ALIMENTAIRE SAIN GRÂCE AU MOUVEMENT SANS ADDITIFS DANS LES REPAS SCOLAIRES.
Avant le lancement officiel du plan, certaines entreprises avaient déjà participé et reçu des réactions positives. Nombre d’écoliers étaient extrêmement satisfaits de leurs repas nutritifs; les enseignants ont indiqué que les résultats d’apprentissage des enfants s’étaient améliorés; les élèves ne venaient plus en classe l'estomac vide. Les parents étaient également reconnaissants que les entreprises aient non seulement résolu les problèmes de repas scolaires mais aussi permis aux enfants d’avoir de meilleures connaissances sur les additifs alimentaires.
