From Achi Village, Shimoina District, Nagano Prefecture, surrounded by abundant nature.

We deliver discerning dried fruits.

Origin of half-raw dried fruits

Minami Shinshu is said to be a typical mountainous area in Japan. We will provide new sweets and dried fruits that have never been seen before, using natural ingredients such as fruits and vegetables of Shinshu, which are rich in climate and terrain, and are firmly rooted in this area.

The history and traditional techniques of manufacturing "half-namagashi" that has been handed down here in the Iida and Shimoina districts. The thoughts and passions of our predecessors who have cultivated and nurtured them for making sweets are alive in our various products.

For example, in Minami Shinshu, there is the famous dried persimmon, Ichida persimmon, which was handed down before the Edo period. Pay attention to the raw material Ichida persimmon.

By fusing the know-how of semi-namagashi manufacturing with completely new equipment, technology and knowledge to support it, it has been reborn as an unprecedented dried fruit of Ichida Kaki. Our motto is to spare no effort in such product concept and development research.
