About A.A. TASTE AWARDS
A.A. TASTE AWARDS is the world's only comprehensive rating for pure taste based on the spirit of CLEAN LABEL.
It is one of the four world's premier awards and taste selections.
The Anti-Additive Clean Label Organization has been promoting the cleanliness concept in gourmet food, and therefore has been organizing the A.A. Taste Awards since 2016. It is the first gourmet award with a clean label concept and is considered one of the top awards in the world.
A.A. Taste Awards aims to commend those use less or even exclude artificial food additives, and dedicate on providing products and dishes with great flavor. Over the years, this concept has gained wide recognition, the scope of which has been gradually expanded to include wine, halal, various fine products and health and nutrition products.
A.A. Taste Awards jury panel consisting of professionals in the F&B industry, Michelin chefs, nutritionists, dietitians, academics, and food critics. Products are blind-tasted and evaluated individually, which means that all the tasters are not knowing any information on the brand name or the product name of the products. Restaurants are tested and evaluated by juries with mystery visits. We will give the participants the most in-depth and practical comments and suggestions.
Therefore, the A.A. Taste Awards are not only a reference for all types of industries but also for consumers to use as a reference.
The participants of the A.A. Taste Awards share the same vision of promoting anti-additive products. They hope to contribute to a better and healthier environment for all products in the future. In order to motivate and encourage those who share the same vision, we regularly invite local government authorities and media, as well as many other well-known industry professionals to attend the awards ceremony every year in order to recognize outstanding brands and help them increase their visibility and exposure.
