Renewal of license

THE ANTI ADDITIVE CLEAN LABEL ORGANIZATION RECOGNIZES THE LICENSEES ISSUED BY THE FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONS. IF YOU HAVE THE APPROVAL CERTIFICATE OF THE FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONS, YOU CAN APPLY FOR A RENEWAL OF THE EU A.A. ASSESSMENT LICENSE FOR THE CURRENT YEAR (THE A.A. REGISTRATION RENEWAL PERIOD IN THE NETHERLANDS ENDS ON DECEMBER 31, 2021.)

DEPENDING ON ITS NATURE AND PROFESSIONAL RELEVANCE, ANTI ADDITIVE CLEAN LABEL ORGANIZATION HAS THE RIGHT TO ADJUST THE REVIEW MECHANISM AND EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR THE LEVEL OR GRADE ISSUED TO EACH ORGANIZATION.

THE APPLICATION FOR RENEWAL OF ANTI ADDITIVE CLEAN LABEL ORGANIZATION IS ONLY APPROVED FOR THE VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE ORGANIZATION'S LICENSE. IF THE LICENSE IS LOST OR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR RENEWED AFTER THE APPLICATION, ADDITIONAL FEES WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.

EU(BTSF Academy: "Better Training for Safer Food" (BTSF) aimed at organising a Community (EU) training strategy in the areas of food law, feed law, animal health and animal welfare rules, as well as plant health rules.

  • BTSF EU:Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

  • BTSF Non-EU:Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

  • BTSF Online:Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

Netherlands(CIVAS is affiliated with the Dutch Council for Training and Education (NRTO). The NRTO is the umbrella trade association for private training and education institutes in the Netherlands.)

  • Opleiding Natuurvoedingsadviseur (civas) :Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

The United States(Premier Food Safety is accredited by the US Department of Health, and the certified ServSafe / StateFoodSafety is ANSI Accredited)

  • Food Manager Certification (Premier Food Safety):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

  • Food Handler Card (Premier Food Safety):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

  • Food Handler Card (StateFoodSafety):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

The United Kingdom (The Safer Good Group, HSQE, Food Standards Agency are accredited by the UK CPD. AfN is accredited by UKVRN)

  • Food Hygiene Certificate Supervisor Training Level 2 (The Safer Good Group) —

    Catering version / Early Years version / Retail version / Manufacturing Version / Schools Version:Official holders who have completed any courses of Level 2 and above and have a valid license.

    Note: Regardless of whether the course you have completed is the catering industry version, the early use version, the retail industry version, the manufacturing version, or the school version, all certifications can be renewed.

  • Food Hygiene & Safety Level 2 (Essential Food Hygiene) —

    Manufacturing / Retail / Early Years / Catering:Official holders who have completed any courses of Level 2 and above and have a valid license.

    Note: Regardless of whether the course you have completed is the catering industry version, the early use version, the retail industry version, or the manufacturing version, all certifications can be renewed.

  • Food Allergen Awareness (HSQE):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

  • Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 (HSQE) — Catering / Retail:Official holders who have completed any courses of Level 2 and above and have a valid license.

    Note: Regardless of whether the course you have completed is the catering industry version or the retail industry version, all certifications can be renewed.

  • Online food safety training (Food Standards Agency) —

    Allergen training / Labelling training / Root cause analysis training / Traceability training / Vacuum packing training:Official holders who have completed any kind of course and have a license within the validity period.

    Note: You can apply for renewal for any certification whether it is Allergen training, Labeling training, Root cause analysis training, Traceability training, Vacuum packing training.

  • Food, Nutrition and Health (Abertay University, this course is accredited by the Association for Nutrition):Those who have completed the course and provided academic proof.

  • Fundamentals of Human Nutrition (short course of London Metropolitan University, this course is accredited by the Association for Nutrition):Those who have completed the course and provided academic proof.

  • Fundamentals of Human Nutrition (short course of London Metropolitan University, this course is accredited by the Association for Nutrition):Those who have completed the course and provided academic proof.

  • Dietetics and Nutrition - MSc (Metropolitan University, this course is accredited by the Association for Nutrition):Those who have completed the course and provided academic proof.

Spain(Bureau Veritas, Preven System, and Coformación have passed the EU efsa and Food Standards Agency and major companies which professionally approve the necessary licenses)

  • Programa Superior en Seguridad Alimentaria y Gestión de la Inocuidad (Bureau Veritas):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

  • Sistemas de Gestión de la Seguridad Alimentaria. Requisitos FSSC 22000 versión 4.1 (Preven System):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

  • FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE LEVEL 2 (Coformación):Official holders who have completed any courses of Level 2 and above and have a valid license.

Italy(Studio SMP has passed KHC (Know How Certification srl) certification, and the organization has obtained ACCREDIA)

  • TECNICO ESPERTO IN SISTEMI DI GESTIONE PER LA QUALITÀ E LA SICUREZZA ALIMENTARE (Studio SMP):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

France(IFRIA is a French professional food industry service training organization.)

  • FORMATIONS BAC+2 BTS (Formation en alternance dans l’agroalimentaire, IFRIA):Official holders who have completed any of the BAC+2 courses and the license is within the validity period.

  • FORMATIONS BAC+3 LICENCES (Formation en alternance dans l’agroalimentaire, IFRIA):Official holders who have completed any of the BAC+3 courses and the license is within the validity period.

  • LICENCE PROFESSIONNELLE QUALITÉ INTÉGRÉE DES ALIMENTS CONDITIONNÉS (QIAC) - BOURG-EN-BRESSE (01) (IFRIA):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

Ireland(Food Safety Solutions is accredited by the British CPD)

  • Certified Food Safety and HACCP Courses Online (Food Safety Solutions):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

Singapore(WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course is a course accredited by Singapore NEA. Note: From April 1, 2019, all food-related functions will be under the jurisdiction of Singapore Food Authority SFA.)

  • WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Course (ICAS Training and Education College (ICASTEC) Pte. Ltd.):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

Hong Kong(HKMA is the public sector of the government)

  • Food Hygiene Manager Certificate Course (English Programme, HKMA):Official holders who have completed the course and the license is within the validity period.

  1. This application document will be sent to the headquarters for verification by the region and confirmed with the original license issuing unit. The Anti additive clean label organization will issue a license for the current year upon completion. (Please note your email address after submitting the application form. The regional association will review and send a confirmation letter.)

  2. Please state whether the applicant is a member or a member of the organizations listed in "COUNCIL DECISION (CFSP) 2019/1341".

After you apply for a factory visit, we will arrange a professional approval committee to investigate in the factory within 5 working days.
