Taichung Ham founded in 1945 in Taichung, Taiwan. Using CAS-certified pork meat with the selection of hind leg lean meat, Taichung Ham are made by home recipe passing down three generations with no preservatives. All products from Taichung Ham are produced at HACCP plant in line with FDA regulations. Insisting the hand-made process without any preservatives, the products of Taichung Ham are tasty local smoky ham.
