Our company was established in 1862. In 1862 we started to make mirin to use local glutinous rice and rice.

Now, we are making not only mirin, also Japanese Sake, Ume liqueur, Shochu, fermented food (like Shio-koji, Ama-zake). Our company is certified by OCIA JAPAN as organic food producer, foreign association as NOP and ECOCERT producer.

We are selling in Japan and in foreign country.

Our customers are Japanese customers and foreign customers in EU, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, America, United Kingdom, Australia.

In future, we will sell our mirin and product all over the world.
