Pregnant/breast feeding? Consult your doctor. Due to natural fermentation, there may be trace amounts of alcohol and small pieces of culture. Due to the presence of live Kombucha culture and tea extract, the color and odor may change with time or precipitate. This is still normal, please feel free to use it. The effervescence (fizziness) in our Kombucha is created by the fermentation.
