Epicurean and big chocolate lover, I decided to give a new face to my professional career, by joining the world of craftsmanship.

Out of conviction and passion, I started with a blank sheet of paper in 2013 with the sole objective of creating and manufacturing gourmet and artisanal products, with taste and ethics for DNA.
