We are a family owned company located at the foothills of the Victorian high country. We first started as a café in 1985 in the picturesque Mansfield. By 1989, our puddings had become so popular we decided to focus solely on manufacturing. Since then our products have become a traditional and essential ingredient of many festive celebrations now for thirty years.
