そんな自然の力にあふれた「白神山地」で発見された乳酸菌「白神ささら」。

白神山地の麓で育った秋田県産の銘米「あきたこまち」。
これらの「白神山地」の恵み原料で造った甘酒（あまざけ）や米糀調味料を製造・販売しております。
