It was back in 1955 when we changed to the present “deeply steamed tea” manufacturing method, and since then we have been devoting all our energies to supplying green tea that could be up to anyone’s satisfaction. Our present company president, Hiroaki Otsuka qualified to certify technical grade of green tea and our present company managing director, Yasuhiko Otsuka who won ninth place in the individual match of the 50th All Japan Green Tea Technical Examination Tournament, are pursuing together to develop further good-taste green tea. On the other hand, in order to supply green tea stabilized in quality, daily check of the finished green tea is being implemented.
