九一庵食品で使用している大豆は、美味しいお豆腐が出来るといわれる地元九州産の「フクユタカ」という品種を主に採用し、当社の看板商品などで使用しています。
また、レギュラー商品は、北米産の品種や育成方法などを指定した農場との完全契約栽培を行い、遺伝子組み換えなどを施していないことが検証された大豆のみを使用しています。
