J.Friend and Co; NZ Artisan Honey produce a boutique range of single flower organic honeys sourced from New Zealand’s diverse landscape. We work with passionate artisan beekeepers to bring together a collection of the very best single flower honey from some of the country’s most spectacular native plants and settings.

  Different floral varieties of honey and regional settings create unique flavours, much like the terroir in wine. The bold wild Thyme honey sourced from the rugged Central Otago (often described as the gorgonzola of honey) differs greatly from honey from vibrant red Pohutukawa flowers on the beautiful coastal Coromandel Peninsula.
