At Zeally Bay Sourdough we craft traditional, long-ferment, hearth-baked genuine sourdough made by hand from fully traceable Certified Organic and Biodynamic ingredients with our carefully nurtured family leaven created in 1981 at Wholefoods Kitchen.
Good food begins with good soil. Organic Certification means independently audited strict standards are maintained from farm to bakery. This guarantees the absence of chemical, pesticide or GMO traces and emphasises the health and biological activity of agricultural soils; producing food of integrity, provenance and flavour.
