Kobayashiseimen has been involved in the production of safe, secure and delicious noodles in Gifu City, Gifu Prefecture for about 70 years. We believe that it is the time when people can feel the most humanity when they are eating. It is our job as Kobayashiseimen to help make that precious time as enjoyable and reassuring as possible.
This is what Kobayashiseimen make when it comes to making products. Making raw noodles using rice flour, which is excellent in terms of allergies and calories, is one of them. As a result of repeated trial and error in order to let many people know the deliciousness and merits of rice flour, it is now attracting attention as a rare manufacturer in Japan that manufactures 100% raw rice flour noodles. Thanks to you, in February 2015, we were able to obtain the world's most prestigious gluten-free certification mark. Kobayashiseimen will continue to make convincing noodles with the goal of "more delicious and safer" as an ISO9001 certified factory.
