Our shop has its own farm and grows about 100 kinds of herbs and vegetables throughout the year. I grow it myself and go to harvest.

We are actively using ingredients from Yamaguchi Prefecture. I try to meet with the producers as directly as possible to share their feelings about their commitment and ingredients.

Using ingredients from Yamaguchi Prefecture, we offer innovative dishes that can only be enjoyed here.

[About old folk houses]

Our shop is an old private house over 100 years old. We renovated an unoccupied house with ourselves and the locals for two years.

I would like you to spend a relaxing time in an old folk house that has been reborn as a restaurant from an unoccupied house.
