ALLERGIES We can take into account the following allergies and dietary restrictions: meat, poultry, fish, shellfish, gluten (only intolerance, no allergy due to the use of soy in our kitchen), lactose, pregnancy, vegetarianism, and allergies to some ingredients.

SOYA / GINGER / CHILE / GARLIC / SHALLOT & ONION, Unfortunately, we cannot meet the wish not to use soy, ginger, chili pepper, garlic, or shallot & onion in our dishes. The use of these ingredients is essential in our kitchen.
