金拌麵

The noodle(vermicelli ‘麵線’) is a special local product of Kinmen in Taiwan. It produces by the traditional manufacturing method of the natural sunlight and southwest monsoon to blow, so that the noodle has a unique natural saltiness and chewy texture.

During the development of this product, we invite a master chef with 30 years of noodle making experience to create a perfect ratio between wheat, high-gluten flour, water and salt. Sesame oil is indispensable in Chinese eating habits, and KIM’S NOODLES(金拌麵) products are made of cold-pressed sesame oil, which is blended with pure brewed soy sauce in proportion, which meets consumers' delicious and healthy needs.

KIM’S NOODLES(金拌麵) company insists on giving priority to food safety, in order to maintain the special flavor of noodles produced by sunlight, we make the product in aseptic room sun exposure to replaces traditional outdoor sun exposure.
