「大埔振興肉丸」於一九六七年創立,創辦人陳南奎先生,原籍潮陽。五十年代初以鐵棒錘打牛肉的傳統手法打造肉丸起家。

「原味、天然、健康、盡心服務」是創辦人堅持的原則及承諾;早於創業之 初,對原材料素質已有嚴謹要求,只選用上乘原肉材料,如原隻牛後腿肉、牛腱、墨魚肉、豬腿肉等,堅持用純正肉類打造肉丸。絕不會加入雜肉、碎肉、動物內臟等材料;不添加水楊酸、人造色素、防腐劑、或有害化學材料。利用溫度掌控方法,保持肉質的天然彈性、原肉味道及肉汁,百分百把原汁原味的食物理念淋漓盡致地發揮,堪稱肉類製品的良心傑作。承傳傳統手藝,為香港市民供應健康美味肉丸 50 年。

Tai Po Chun Hing was founded in 1967 by Mr. Chan Nam-fui of Chaoyang, Shantou.

Upon arriving in Hong Kong in the 1950s, Chan set sail for his own manufacturing and wholesale business, beginning with traditional pounded beef in a cottage within the Kowloon Walled City.

Authentic, natural, and healthy produce with a generous helping of service: these were the promises that Chan held to himself, and strict demands on food standards have been in place since day one. The only ingredients were whole shins and legs of beef, gutted cuttlefish, ham hock and other premium cuts, without a trace of fillers

such as mince or offal. Whereas other brands blithely take to additives and chemicals for that extra bite or profit, Chun Hing’s founder relied on experience and traditional handicraft in his insistence on real flavor and all-natural healthiness. Precision

About us

Diamond Grains was founded in 2012 by husband and wife, Chanisara Wongdeeprasith (born in 1992) and Wutthikarn Wongdeeprasith (born in 1989) who back then were studying at the undergraduate level and had a dream to start their own food business together as it has always been their passion and their favorite activity is to find new places with good food to eat together.They decided to start a healthy food business by making granola bars made with various kinds of grains and then offered their products to be sold in several malls, bakery shops and coffee shops. However, they were often rejected at the beginning as grain products were usually perceived to be a difficult sell. Also, the distributors were uncertain whether the product packaging would look attractive enough to the consumers.

The turning point is when they shifted their point of view from what they wanted to sell to what a consumer wants. With a study on behaviors of consumers who embrace the clean-eating trend, they modified everything from the product packaging to communications channels by observing what the consumers needed and developing their idea and innovation into the new version of Diamond Grains that we see today.

Diamond Grains, Thailand’s first clean granola brand, is available through several distribution channels including modern trade, convenient stores and health stores.

私ども商品は、田中角栄首相時代に中国からの来賓を迎えた晩餐会のメニューにも使って頂いたり、天皇即位の晩餐会の茶碗蒸しにも使って頂いておりますので品質に関しては自信を持っておりこれからも品質を落とさないようにしていきたいと考えております。

Why started an oyster sauce

In 2011, Great east Japan earthquake hit this town, the Tsunami came to our factory and facilities close to the ceiling of the second floor, and it was driven to a state where it can not be recovered.  We received warm support from all over the world. Thanks to the support, we can rebuild the new factory in 2012, we were able to start production from that October.

I started to think that I would like to return this obligation to everyone, using the proud materials in this town, and have decided to develop a product that can be supplied to the whole world and can become a kind of the communication through the product.  We developed the taste direction with local mothers and worked with local area a a whole, with a wish that local people are proud of the product.

The season of Japanese oysters is said to be November – December, but we use oysters from March to May.  Oyster producer know that the most delicious oyster is from March to May, as it is just before their egg pregnancy fat, we used oyster from only that period.

We processed the oysters under special manufacturing method so that children and elderly people can eat safely, leaving the original oyster flavor by devising heating temperature and time, leaving the maximum taste. You can use it with safe confidence without using any chemical seasonings or preservatives.
