Stefano Cerveni
Chef Stefano Cerveni comes from Franciacorta in Lombardy and is famous for its top sparkling wine producing area. Chef grew up in a family of culinary arts. Three generations are chefs who have opened restaurants. They are fascinated by their eyes and full of enthusiasm for cooking.
Chef Stefano Cerveni is hailed as the most authoritative interpreter in the history of Beiyi Franciacorta's regional cuisine. He followed in his father's footsteps and became a chef in 2000. In 2008, the restaurant Due Colombe was Michelin-certified and has a long-standing reputation. In 2010, he moved the restaurant to the excellent location of Borgo San Vitale in Corte Franca.
In 2013, Cerveni also participated in the IMAF Chef Cup competition in the Italian Culinary Competition, using a movie to create the dish "Duck liver truffle soup with quail crisps" and won the first prize.
At Due Colombe, he led a professional team to propose his classic and modern Italian-style modern dishes, while being faithful to the distinctive concept: the raw materials have established a strong connection with the Italian locality.
He is good at using exquisite cooking techniques and using all kinds of seasonal ingredients to make top-notch dishes that are rich in Italian culture, exquisiteness and artistic sense.
