The thing what we would like to express is the French cuisine of Japan. We were finally able to make dishes with many Japanese ingredients. You will see seasonal foods and our chef’s French dexterity on each plate. The spirit of hospitality “A heart of OMOTENASHI” is always beside every dish. You feel that the time of bliss goes slowly at this restaurant. This is “French” made by our chef Yusuke Goto who grew up as Japanese in japan.
