The Sichuan cuisine we serve is one of the "four major Chinese dishes" along with Beijing, Cantonese and Shanghai. Using abundant ingredients grown in fertile land, the spiciness of chili peppers, the numbing stimulus of Japanese pepper, and various seasonings and spices that bring sourness and flavor are used to create a deep taste. Many of the dishes of the Sichuan Restaurant Group are the product of the soul of the founder, Chen Kenmin. In the predecessor era, it was very difficult to obtain ingredients and seasonings to reproduce authentic dishes. There, we made various ingenuity and created a number of specialty dishes. We carry on that spirit and are squeezing our wisdom every day with the aim of "more delicious food."
I think that the origin of cooking is to make it wholeheartedly and hard for the people who eat it. Each and every one of our staff faces the food and service while thinking about our customers. Therefore, it is the most encouraging thing for us to say that our customers are delicious.
