人稱阿茂的一米特創辦人，擁有超過三十年米食點心製作經驗，是土生土長的宜蘭蘇澳人。小時候經常跟著母親送點心到田裡給務農的父親和兄姊們吃，深深體會種田人的辛苦，長大後感念米帶給自己的恩惠，返鄉創建「一米特米食點心觀光工廠」，運用研發創新的技術，並結合在地食材，不斷精益求精，讓傳統米食文化發揚光大，成為現代人的休閒精緻點心。
