A.A. HOLD A MEETING IN BERLIN TO DISCUSS STEP WITH INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION BLL TOWARDS FUTURE COOPERATION FOR FOOD ADDITIVE DIMINISHMENT.
General Manager Angela from Anti Additive Association (A.A.) holds a meeting in Berlin (Monday 8 April) with the Vice General Director Dr Marcus Girnau from BLL German Federation for Food Law and Food Science (BLL).In the meeting, both of them demonstrated the shared core value that committing to quality food and providing transparent food products information to the public.BLL deals with a wide range of issues and areas, all of which fall under the somewhat abstract and general terms “food law“ and “food science“. Examples of more specific relevant topic areas include food safety, hygiene, labelling, health claims, additives, genetic engineering, quality assurance, food supplements and organic foods.The recent issue that BLL put much effort is the statutory maximum levels for vitamins and minerals to be established to ensure that consumers and manufacturers throughout the European Union (EU) can benefit from (legal) certainty.
